This is a very old copy of the classic "Treasure Island" by Robert Louis Stevenson. There is no date, but if I had to guess I’d say early 1900s.
I cover is burgundy in color and I believe it is leather. The front cover has a crease that has turned into a crack on the inside. Also, the writing on the front cover is still readable, but just barely. The book is a little dusty but that's expected with something this old. I don't know what to use to clean it so will leave that to the new owner. I don't see any writing inside.
The editor's note page states that the Reader's Library books are made to be smaller than regular books and can be "carried in the pocket and read at odd moments. They are easily held in the hand. They go naturally into the pocket."
The book measures 6.5 by 4.25 inches and has 241 pages.
