This Seaman's passport was issued by the United States of America Department of State. It is passport number 310978. It was issued on June 7, 1945 to someone named Moises Zendejas. According to the information inside, Mr Moises" date of birth was June 22, 1926. It tells his description, date and place of birth, identifying marks on body such as scars, etc. The inside front cover lists his next of kin. Towards the back has his photo and matching it with the dates, I'd say Mr Moises was about 19 years old when the photo was taken.
