I recently purchased a collection of a couple dozen of these small pennant banners at an estate sale. The informational card stated that they were from the 1950s to 1960s time frame. I can't prove those dates so am taking the sellers word for it.
This listing is for the Napoli Italy pennant that you see in my photo. It is made of a lightweight cloth material but I don't know if it's cotton or not. The vertical side measures 5.5 inches long and has an opening to insert a pole, stick, or hanger of some sort. The horizontal side measures 10.75 inches long. It has a slight bit of fading, nothing bad at all and you'd expect that with its age. When held up to the light I can see one tiny pin hole where it was probably tacked to a wall. That pin hole is at the top, in the middle of the tree. The coloring is still quite vivid, but the white trim is no longer a bright white.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.
