This 20 year U.S. Treasury Department service pin is marked on the back with HLP and 1/10 10k, which means its gold plated. It measures about 1/2 inch and has a single clutch holder.
I purchased 2 of these, both exactly alike, at an estate sale. tHIS LISTING IS FOR BOTH PINS.
The seller said they were her dad's and that he retired from the Treasury Department in the late1970s. She said he worked for them for almost 30 years, which should date the pins to late 1960s to early 1970s.
